Julia Jenkins Dawson, DMD
Dr. Julia Jenkins Dawson is a native of Lebanon, Kentucky. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and DMD from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After working for a few years in Northern Kentucky, she and her husband moved back to the Louisville Area to be closer to family. Before purchasing this practice in Jeffersonville in January 2024, she was most recently working as an associate at a private practice in Louisville as well as at her sister’s dental practice in Lebanon, KY.
She currently lives in Jeffersontown, KY with her husband, Tim, and their pets - a dog Winnie, and two cats Rory & Binx. She enjoys watching the Great British Baking Show (this dentist loves sweets!), Trivia, and Reading. She also enjoys playing board games and being a “favorite aunt” to her twelve nieces and nephews!

As a dental professional, Dr. Dawson frequently takes continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the most current treatment options for her patients. As a doctor, she recognizes that her patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in her and her team. Dr. Dawson was drawn to how incredibly welcoming the community of Jeffersonville is! As one of the few solo-practitioning dentists in the area, Dr. Dawson is excited to get to know her patients and their families on a one-on-one basis.
